Schools OUT!

As a hooray for summer and a last vacation before the baby Mitch and I decided we would have a vacation.  Mitch took a day off of work and we were able to spend a few days at The Black Swan.  It was a lot of fun.  The hotel was in a weird part of town and I thought at first that we were going to get jumped.  Don't worry, we didn't.  We were able to relax and wind down from the stress of finals.  We stayed in the Sea Cave and my oh my what a blast.  Our Shower was a water fall and if you wanted to take a bath water came out of the mouth of a fish!  Mitch's favorite was the fish tank of course.

The sunken treasure was a main focus in the room.
Our awesome clam bed!

We wanted to be creepy mer people too.
They watched us while we slept haha.

Mitch's favorite part, the fish tank.

We ate at the Golden Coral and to my surprise they have cotton candy there! And of course I had to get some.

After two nights at the Black Swan Mitch and I headed to Tremonton.  We were able to see Lillie run hurdles and she got a Personal Record, Go Lillie! We had a really good time with the family and we got to play a game of Wiffle Ball. We relaxed for the most part and Mitch went through all of the garage sale things to find the good stuff lol.  He had fun picking.
Winner winner chicken dinner!
He just takes such cute pictures :)

Maxin' and Relaxin'

He brought the pigeon inside and let it go.
No worries though, he caught it again.

Emma was the bomb diggity
and got me chocolate ice
cream.  I decided to share :)
During our stay Mitch, Tommy, Kenny and Tyler skinned 6 rabbits and they were a mess.  It's nice to know though that I have a capable husband.  I was able to make Stromboli for the Swallow's as well and they all seemed to like it.  It is one of Mitch's favorite dishes.

We came back home on Friday and we were glad to be back.  We love our apartment and we are glad we have it.  Saturday Mitch had to sleep after work so I decided to go to the zoo with Courtney, Chris, Peyton and Loralie.  We had a blast and the girls were so cute.  We met two of Courtney's friends there are they paid for our tickets.  They were wonderful.

Flamingos, my favorite animals.

He kept staring straight at us.  I thought it was amusing.

Peyton was very excited to see the tiger and wanted to ride on it haha.

Tuesday Mitch started his paper mache and made a few balloon animals.  It was a fun day that we got to spend outside.
My puppy, I named him Fredrick.

Mitch's new glasses! He was so excited for a day but then
he realized it was going to take a while to get used to.  But he is
glad to be able to see better.

The master at work.

Peyton got a reindeer, Courtney got a parrot on a swing and
Loralie got a small puppy.

And of course she got a hat.  She is too stinking cute!

Let's start with finals weekend! Tyler and Chyanne were up here for a few days and we got to spend some time with them.  We went to Once Upon a Child and we got some pretty cute things.  Mitch and I also stopped at Petco and got his 20 gallon fish tank and he was excited to set it up for two weeks.  That Saturday Beth and Derek stopped by as well and we had a family day.  Courtney came by and brought the girls so it was a palooza!

Derek being a great guy and coloring with Peyton.
I'm pretty sure he had as much fun as she did!

Peyton being a great big sister!

We got our final grades back yesterday and we did pretty well.  Mitch got A's and B's and I qualified for my scholarship so we are ecstatic.

Easter Sunday we got to spend time with Courtney, Chris, the girls and Chris' parents Nancy and Raymond.  Courtney cooked an amazing ham and we got to spend the day together.  It was beautiful so we spent a good chuck of it outside.

Loralie was too cute!

On guard!

We have also moved from our old apartment and into the three bedroom this week. It was hectic but we had great people helping us out.  A few people that we work with were able to swing by and help us load things up.  Mallory and Lane helped us clean the old place and I must say it looked dang good.
Mitch's "to scale" set up of our new apartment.
He did it perfectly and wanted me to show
everyone. : )
Bryan brought us a huge trailer! It was great!
He wanted to keep our TV safe
so he road on the back across town.
Bryan, Jake, Blake, Tutwa and Jasmine

We are now all set up and it is wonderful.  We love the new place but it will take a little while to get used to.  Of course the day before we moved in Mitch set up his fish tank and now his fish are loving life.  He adores his now tank and props.  He was able to buy a ship that opens up and shows the treasure.  Needless to say, it's pretty awesome.

Here is my 8 months photo and my new hair cut : )

We also have a few videos of our beautiful niece Loralie doing very cute things!
